Final PDF's Available & Shipping Update!

Hi all, the good news is we have updated all the PDF files to full FINAL versions in Backerkit for Mishima, Imperial, Capitol, Brotherhood and Cybertronic plus you have a preview of the Dark Symmetry Campaign and the Fall of Von Holle
SHIPPING: After a very...very...very trying week with excel sheets we've managed to resolve the problems with the shipping data using the wonderful Kung Fu of Benn our Excel Master and will be able to start shipping next week!
We're delivering the data to our warehouse today and they plan to start shipping the first wave of orders from Wednesday next week. Thanks for being so patient!
Note: Cybertronic stock arrives the week of the 2nd November, so we're going to hold any first wave shipments that could include Cybertronic till then so you get the most possible in your first shipment
Otherwise here's the rough order in which pledges will be shipped out from October 28th:
First Shipments: All pledges including any of the following and with only a SINGLE shipment:
- any accessories (see below for what isn't ready) plus Core Book, Collector's Edition, Player's Guide Imperial, Mishima, Brotherhood, Capitol.
Next Shipments: All Pledges including any of the following who have SPLIT or TRIPLE shipments:
- any accessories & minis (see below for what isn't ready) plus Core Book, Collector's Edition, Player's Guide Imperial, Mishima, Brotherhood, Capitol.
WHAT'S NOT READY YET? We're currently working on the card decks plus the GM Screen which should be ready for a Christmas delivery. The Canvas prints are being prepared at the moment and should be delivered in two weeks so if any single shipment orders are waiting on those we will hold on until they are delivered. Pledges with split or triple shipments will get them in the next wave.

Shipping News & Get Well Rita!

Hi everyone,
We were hoping that shipping would start today, the Brotherhood book has arrived so we now have Imperial, Capitol, Mishima, Brotherhood, Core Book, Player's Guide and Collector's Edition ready to go. Cybertronic has been delayed with a missing piece of art but it will go to print on monday so will be ready in a week to join shipments going out.
However working through the Backerkit data export we found a combination of problems (such as the way we set up the questions) was making it hard to get the correct information downloaded and in the right format for our warehouse. We've learnt a lot since then about how to do this better, but as a result I've taken the decision to push back fulfilment until next Friday so we can get an expert to look at the data and help us get it in the right shape. The last thing any of us want is incorrect orders shipping out.
Luckily we have someone on our 2d20 design team, Benn who's a literal genius with analysis and has started looking at it tonight - he can make Excel do things that I'm not sure it was even designed to do!
Rita has also been in hospital for the last two days with an operation on her kidneys. She's fine and will be back with us tomorrow but having her around next week will be invaluable as she has been managing all the Backerkit data - helping you make changes, adding details of your miniatures orders etc. There's a lot of custom data that needs overseeing by her.
Sorry for the news, but I'm sure you'll agree it's better to do this properly than rush it. I hope you're enjoying the Dark Symmetry campaign - remember to send any error reports to www.modiphius.com/contact.html - by next Friday if you can, so we can compile them and go to print on the following monday.
We will have the epic Dark Soul book in layout next and then the Dark Legion campaign which continues the story started in the Dark Symmetry campaign (and how you can get a group of characters from one time period to another...)
Our goal is to complete the 2nd Wave of books by Christmas, leaving just the Dark Eden campaign and supplement (with all the final secrets for hopefully February)
PDF Subscriptions. For those with subscriptions we're extending these until 2 years after the last book ships in PDF. Seems fair right?

Fall of Von Holle & Dark Symmetry Campaign

Hi everyone another exciting day - you should be receiving download invites from Backerkit for the PDF adventure the Fall of Von Holle which is a great introductory adventure and the PDF of the Dark Symmetry Campaign. If not please login to Backerkit and check your Digital Downloads.
These are previews, without the correct credits, missing covers, contents pages and indexes and possibly art. However you can help us check the text as usual for errors, strange rules etc. Please send your comments through our Contact Page.
The Brotherhood book is arriving on Thursday, in time for orders shipping from Friday!

Hey folks Zarina our fab community manager (you'll be hearing more from her as time goes on) has done a quick video for you as three of the big faction supplements turned up today! Brotherhood is due next week, Cybertronic the week after.
We had some issues with the Pledge Manager data this week and so shipping is actually starting next week to give us time to ensure it's all 100% correct, sorry for the delay, but as more books turn up more orders will ship quickly.

Hi guys just to let you know the following PDF's have been updated to their final retail PDF's in Backerkit:

- Capitol
- Imperial
- Brotherhood
You also have the almost final Cybertronic which is waiting on some art and tweaks before going to print.
We'll be sending out links to these to Paypal and post-Kickstarter backers in the next couple of days too.
