Hold on to your shoulderpads! Prepare yourselves troopers! The wave of foul creatures pouring forth from this ancient book concerning the Dark Soul and the Apostles of the Dark Legion must be stopped at all costs!
Now as devout followers of the Cardinal we ask you to study this book in depth for any errors... any mistakes in the writings that might be used against these beasts.
You will find the file cunningly hidden in your Backerkit filing system under DARK SOUL & APOSTLES PREVIEW. Please study and report to your nearest Inquisitor any errors or mistakes you might find no later than Sunday 6th December using www.modiphius.com/contact.html - of course any failure to find an error might be taken as evidence of corruption and trial as a heretic!
SHIPPING UPDATE: Many more first wave shipments have left this week and the larger more complex pledges have started shipping and should be completed by early next week. The good news is we should have another 6 books completed by the end of December ready to ship in early January

Shipping & Production Update Plus GM Screen Bonus

Hi everyone,
The single shipment only orders that were just waiting on Cybertronic (that we put on hold due to issues) start shipping tomorrow (that's Wednesday here). That's another 130+ shipments going out which is great!
Unfortunately Rita has been taken ill again and is back in hospital but I'm hoping she should be well enough to come home again on Thursday. So if you're waiting on queries with her please give her a few days to respond. She's a tough Belarussiian cookie though, the day she got ill she was determined to get the complex orders sorted and managed to finish editing people's address changes from all your emails. Benn is now formatting this for the warehouse and we're getting the data across to the warehouse tomorrow for them to confirm when they can start shipping. We're hoping end of this week but it could be early next week.
We do have some several pieces of good news coming. The first is a bonus for everyone who ordered the Gamesmaster Screen. We're adding a print copy of the Plot Generator as a booklet in with the screen! Remember this was unlocked in PDF as a bonus for all backers with the PDF bundle. We should have the PDF of the plot generator in a couple of weeks to share. Once you see this you can always decide to add a copy of the GM Screen to your next shipment. We'll let you know how later on.
Hope everyone who's received their copies of the core book and extras has been enjoying it so far, we'll update the rest of you as more orders go out the door.
Today we were putting the finishing touches to the Dark Symmetry Campaign book before it goes to print. Thursday I'll be sending out the epic Dark Soul & Apostles book so get ready for the full force of the Dark Legion!

Shipping & Production Update

Hi everyone thanks for your patience. Cybertronic has arrived in the warehouse, but at the moment it arrived and the warehouse started packing the next wave of orders we found more errors in the shipment that had just gone out (there's some people out there with bonus dice and books lucky you!)
With a large number of very complex orders about to be packed we HAD to pull the plug and go back and check the data. You cannot imagine how frustrating it is and I know you guys have been really patient. Benn our Excel guru has been fantastic in figuring out the issues for us. It turned out the errors were not as bad as expected and we should commence the shipments containing Cybertronic this week and start on the complex orders towards the end of the week.
Why did this happen? When we set up Backerkit after the Kickstarter we created some quite complex variants and versions of pledges - in hindsight it wasn't the best way of doing this as the way Backerkit works is very clever if you do things a certain way. Of course I could blame the Dark Symmetry but sadly we've a few hundred years to go! We've learnt a valuable lesson and our Infinity Pledge Manager has been delayed in set up to make sure we don't repeat these mistakes.
For those of you with larger orders - pretty much anyone at the Setting Book Master Pledge and above or below but with lots of Add On's, we have been taking extra special care to make sure your orders are correct, confirming dice orders with you, confirming your addresses etc. This is to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
Production Update!
The good news is that more books are close to completion and we'll be sending them out in PDF over the coming weeks:
Dark Symmetry Campaign - revised and increased in page count to include the Fall of Von Holle mini campaign - you'll be getting a bonus 26 pages! This should be ready in the next week
Bauhaus - just waiting on a few pieces of art - should be ready in PDF in the next week for you to help proof read
The Dark Soul & Apostles Guide - the EPIC guide to the Dark Legion. This will be ready in about two weeks.
GM Screen - the revised layout should be ready in a week and we have a surprise coming for this :-)
Dark Legion Campaign - artwork will be ready end of November so should be ready in PDF in mid December
Cartel Guide - should be in PDF mid December
Whitestar Guide - should be ready in PDF in January
Mutants & Heretics - should be ready in PDF in January (this includes a LOT of Mutant Chronicles secrets)
Card Decks - these should be ready in in PDF through December, with the goal of shipping orders requiring these in February (they take about 3 weeks to print)
So the 2nd Wave of books should be ready in print to ship late January through February
Dark Eden Campaign & Setting - should be ready in February.
Venusian Apocalypse - should be ready in February in PDF.
These would then ship in March.
We'll update you later this week to confirm further shipments are going out. Rita will be forwarding tracking info for large orders that are over 2kg as she receives them from the warehouse.

GM Screen Preview!

Hi all,
We're working on the data for the more complex Mutant Chronicles orders and they should start shipping end of this week, the warehouse have been shipping orders with t-shirts or varied dice orders this week so there's constant backer orders going out. Cybertronic finally arrives on Monday so I'm hoping we can be done with the whole first wave end of next week.
Gamesmaster Screen. In the meantime we need your help to refine the Gamesmaster's Screen before it goes to print. If you're pledge includes the PDF Master bundle then you can download the screen preview in Backerkit
We're looking for:
- Comments on whether you think an important table or guide to play is missing
- What information should be on there that isn't? There's a few holes which will be filled once we finalise the tables and info.
- Is there a guide to doing something you feel could be better summarised
- If you are suggesting content to be included please use a page number from the core book as reference. Eg Table X from page 234
